Eligibility requires BMI ≥ 27. Use the BMI Calculator on this page to estimate your BMI. Final eligibility is determined by the provider.

Subscription & Auto-Renewal Info

Subscription will automatically renew at the regular price of a non-discounted monthly subscription ($179 for Semaglutide or $299 for Tirzepatide) at the end of the subscription purchase unless cancelled with the merchant. Orders can be adjusted, paused, or stopped a week before a shipment by logging into your customer portal at CosmeticRx.com.
