Great staff, very helpful; every climb we've done, the staff is encouraging our children to go beyond their limits. Our 7- year old did the 3-climb sampler, 5-year old wasn't quite as brave once he hit 10 feet or so, but no one is pushy about continuing if they don't want to. We have also been certified as belayers so we can belay as often as we'd like--the training is brief, but above par, because they really want you to get it! Climbing is Peak's passion!

This was an awesome deal and so much fun! I plan to buy the larger sampler next time, as I would like to return to climb with friends.

From Our Editors

To create Peak Experiences, the dedicated staff sets more than 125 top-rope routes, lead climbs, and bouldering problems for climbers of all skill levels. Five levels of classes and safety training spanning basic problems such as climbing a bunk bed to lead climbing a 50-foot wall prepare climbers to conquer any of these problems, and the gym also outfits its members with an onsite gear shop that stocks harnesses, footwear, and belay devices such as grigris or ATCs. Kids can also learn climbing skills during youth programs that invite children aged 5?18 and young rocks aged 3,000,000?4,500,000 to climb together with camps, teams, and trips.
