By: Mary Elizabeth Hammond

Ways to Save at SamsungSamsung may be one of the world’s most popular TV makers, but they also outfit homes with refrigerators, stoves, and laundry machines and keep people working with laptops, monitors, and smartphones. No matter what you’re shopping for, there’s no need to pay full price for it. Between the specialty discounts, financing options, and Groupon Coupons’ collection of Samsung coupons, you can save on just about every purchase. Read on to uncover all the savings hacks.

Samsung Education Discounts

Students, teachers, and parents not only get discounts of up to 30% off, but they can also take advantage of high trade-in credits, free delivery, special financing (0% APR financing with no down payment required), and access to exclusive promotions (like free earbuds).

Samsung Military Discount

Similar to the education discount, Samsung offers a military discount to active members of the US armed forces as well as their families and veterans. They receive discounts of up to 30% off, free delivery, special financing (0% APR with no down payment required), and instant online trade-in credits.

Samsung Small Business Discount

If you’re a small business owner, you know how pricey it can be to buy all the tech you need to run a company. Samsung’s small business discounts can make it much more affordable. Take advantage of bulk trade-ins (save up to $900 by trading in old devices), volume pay (get up to 30% off per device), special financing, and saving on business apps ( up to 20% off when you bundle two or more apps).

Samsung First Responder Discount

Police, firefighters, nurses, paramedics, and other medical professionals can get an extra 30% off on Samsung devices. And like the other discounts, they can also get special financing (with 0% APR), free delivery, and trade-in credits.

Samsung Government Employee Discount Program

State, federal, and local government employees are eligible for a Samsung discount. This deal includes up to 30% off, special financing, free delivery, and trade-in credits.

Samsung RewardsSamsung Rewards

Sign up for Samsung’s free loyalty program to get up to 2% back in rewards when you purchase Samsung products. Unlike most other rewards programs, making purchases is not the only way to earn points. Samsung also offers points through Samsung apps and games (like Galaxy Store, Samsung Health, and Samsun Internet). You can even purchase points on the Samsung app. Stack up these points and use them to save on Samsung devices.

Samsung Trade-In Program

Have an old Samsung device? Trading it in can save you big time—and you can do the whole process online. Go to Samsung.com and select the new phone, tablet, laptop, or smartwatch you want to get and the device you want to trade in. The value of your old device will be taken off of your online order. Then you’ll ship in your old device (either in the box your new device arrived in or another appropriate-sized box). The old device does need to meet certain requirements—it has to be able to power on, hold a charge, have a functioning display, and have no break or cracks. (See all the requirements here.)

The Samsung Family Trade-In offer gets you a 10% discount when you purchase 3+ devices after trading in.

Samsung Financing

Samsung financing allows you to buy what you want now and pay for it later with $0 down and in some cases 0% APR (see the education, military, first-responders, and government employee discounts sections). You can apply and be approved online for orders of $50 or more. Samsung financing is a revolving line of credit that is loaded to your Samsung.com account, so you can keep using it on future purchases. (For more info on this, check out our full guide to Samsung Financing here.)
