How do I use my Vueling discount code?

Select an offer, copy the code if one is provided and follow the link to the Vueling website. Here you can browse for flights, hotels or even complete packages. Paste your discount code into the ‘Do you have a discount code?’ box in the ‘Your travel plan’ area on the right-hand side of the screen and hit ‘Apply’ to redeem your discount. If no code is supplied with your offer, don’t worry! Any discounts will be applied automatically and you won’t have to do a thing.

How can I change my Vueling flight booking?

You can change the date or time of your Vueling flight up to two hours before departure through the Vueling ‘Change your flight’ page, app or Customer Services Centre. You can also change these details at the airport up to one hour before departure. Basic, Optima and Family fares will be charged a fee while TimeFlex Fares allow for unlimited changes as long as you pay the flight difference.

When can I check in to my Vueling flight online?

Most Vueling bookings enable you to check in online free of charge by requesting a seat between seven days and one hour before your flight departs. For more information, please see the Vueling online check-in page.

How much baggage am I allowed to take on my Vueling flight?

When you fly with Vueling, you can carry hand luggage, a small personal bag and one additional bag containing any purchases you might have made at the airport. For measurements and weight limits, please see the Vueling baggage page.
