Paying attention to detail, consistency, the right attitude and a view of each client that is based on knowing them and their needs individually. Only then can I create a fitness program that serves you well and gets them to their goals.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
A positive attitude is infectious-clients can feel my positivity, and it rubs off on them. We set "SMART" goals: S-Specific M-Measurable A-attainable R-Realistic T-Timely

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I believe there's a culture of success- everyone is motivated and wants to improve themselves and those around them. I want to be the one that pushes them towards their goals.

What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to show clients that exercise is a natural high. What better way to live life, than helping others push limits.
