88 athletica is the first to introduce "GLOW-IN-THE-DARK" studio that helps minimize the mental stress that your body takes in during workouts.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We take progress shots and provide our clients free fitness assessments so they can see their progress in achieving their fitness goals. We also have various classes that runs everyday. We never do the same workout or routine for all of our classes. Everyday is a new day!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I wanted to create a gym that provides a realistic and sustainable program for my clients. A gym where you have can fun and enjoy being healthy. We want to be connected to the community as well by doing free classes to raise awareness about the benefits of working out and keeping healthy.
What do you love most about your job?
Changing peoples lives through it. Seeing my clients become more confident with their own skin and loving themselves.
