Full-body 30-minute kickboxing workout with no class time (workouts start every three minutes). Workout changes daily, and the trainer is always included.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Because it gets results, even though it's so much fun kicking and punching to upbeat music blasting. Our members call them 9Round addicts and love the sweat therapy provided at 9Round.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
To help people be healthier and able to do activities with their friends and families. Looking their best doesn't hurt either. It's very rewarding to see people getting rid of their aches and pains, lose unwanted weight, have more energy, etc.

What do you love most about your job?
Helping people change their style of life and achieving their goals.
