My name is Kimberly Schulz. I own Ace In Home Personal Fitness Training. I am a mobile trainer and will travel to you so you can workout in the convenience of your own home. I also have a training space if needed. I will devise an individualized exercise program so that you can reach your fitness goals. Each program is different working all the muscles of the body. I include intervals in between the exercises to keep the heartrate up. You will burn more calories. We’ll discuss nutrition and do an initial assessment of your strengths and weaknesses. I will coach you to success while having fun!
