I have three things that are important to me in selecting a gym: 1. coaches who really know what they are talking about, 2. working out with a group of like-minded people and 3. a CLEAN gym. ADAPT encompasses all of those things and more, and is absolutely one of the best gyms in South Florida. I can always count on getting a quality workout in when I go and since day one, the coaches have always been welcoming and push me just the right amount to do more than I think I can. The coaches really know their stuff, and are big on making sure that form is proper when doing the workout (which I find to be extremely important and helpful, especially when lifting heavier weights). If you're looking for a gym with intense workouts, knowledgeable coaches and a great group of people, this place is definitely worth checking out.
