AOGC allows kids to tumble and stumble in an encouraging environment that values safety and fun. Energetic coaches who boast national and international experience help junior gymnasts learn the ropes of the sport, teaching techniques for events like high beams, uneven bars, and vaults while developing important mental traits, including discipline and self-confidence.
