For this adventure, you’ll pick up your mobile escape room kit at Amped Virtual Reality located just West of Woodland Mall on 28th St. Then, you’ll choose the location that you want to visit and get out your iPad which will lead you on your tour using GPS and give you the details of the threat that you face with your friends and tell what you can do to save the world! At different locations, you will use a kit of fascinating gadgets and Augmented Reality on your iPad to save the world or close the Magic portal that threatens our world! You will see characters or creatures talking to you on the iPad using Augmented reality and solve puzzles or challenges using the tools in your kit or interacting with them in Augmented Reality. As you progress, you will move to different locations and make progress towards saving the world or closing the magic portal that threatens our world - hopefully! The puzzles and challenges will guide you as you use an iPad and GPS to explore a scenic park, a beautiful part of Grand Rapids with some popular landmarks, or even discover the unique bars in Grand Rapids. The two games options are to prevent a terrorist attack or save the world from Dark Forces with your friends or family (ages 6+), but there are MORE challenges to come in the future! .
