Hello! My name is Amy Sims and I have been a full-time certified personal trainer for 7 years! I majored in Health Science at UTSA. Since 2017, I have specialized in helping women build muscle effectively in order to shape their figures and get the body they've always dreamed of. Cardio and Yoga are great for health and relaxation but building muscle is what it takes to get the firm and shapely look most women are seeking. I meticulously teach proper and safe form while also guiding my clients to a healthy relationship with food.
