It was fun and educational. I learned a lot of great stretches I can add to what I already do. Great warming up which is definitely needed to do the fabrics. The instructor was very patient and went at a challenging and understanding pace. I was able to do things I didn’t know I could do. I’m looking forward to the next class. The gym is very homey and I loved the whole atmosphere.
