It's a super good workout! The woman who ran the class was extremely professional and was cool with me jumping in with my friend last minute. Would definitely do this again.

The class was fantastic and I learned a bunch of pole moves in the short amount of time. I've since signed up for more classes and can't wait to get better!

Studio was nice and clean, instructor was extremely nice and entertaining, and the class was overall fun and a great workout! Definitely registering for more sessions.
