Tapping into her training in Washington D.C., New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Australia, and Serbia, Aspen Aerials founder Brooke Sheffer and her team of highly skilled aerialists and yogis guide students of all fitness and skill levels in circus aerials and regular yoga classes. She leads small aerial classes of no more than three students at a time, devoting full attention to safety and technique as students dangle from lengths of silk while learning how to pull off airborne feats. Yoga classes combine traditional yoga with cross training techniques to help clients improve flexibility, strength, and confidence.
