About Athletika Sports & Fitness
Athletika Sports and Fitness is committed to training all ages, abilities, and working with clients to understand their goals in order to maximize success. Clients do not need to come with any experience in the gym. The program is designed for all abilities and they are fond of beginners. They understand clients are busy with work, family, and so many other obligations that sacrifices have to be made. The first and easiest area to ignore is their own personal health. Athletika Sports and Fitness believes they owe it to themselves to be in a good shape and enjoy their hectic life free of aches, pains, and the limitations of getting older.
Athletika Sports and Fitness's only requirement is that they fully commit to the entire length of the program. There will be difficult workouts and challenges. They want participants who will see it through to the end. Understand that all transformations are welcome. This challenge won’t be solely about losing weight, and everyone may come with a different goal in mind. That’s what makes the class unique.
Their six-week challenge was created to make functional training, and its community, accessible to a larger population. Athletika Sports and Fitness's staff knows it can be scary or intimidating to come to the gym on your own, which is why they encourage clients to join with a friend and embrace their small group atmosphere. All levels will benefit from the workouts if they just commit and engage, and now they can do that in a safe and supportive setting.
