1 Month Foundations Course
One Month Foundations Course. 12 one hour sessions designed to introduce the participant to the foundational strength and conditioning movements used during our regular classes. Participants will meet one on one or in a small group setting with a certified and experienced coach who will teach the movements with an emphasis on safe and proper form. Perfect for the individual who is looking for a starting point or a re-start to their fitness journey.
3-Month Membership
Three Month Membership. Three month unlimited membership gives the participant access to all Atlantic Strength and Conditioning classes. We offer 26 classes Monday-Saturday starting at 5am. Classes are approximately one hour in duration and include strength work, metabolic conditioning, and stretching and recovery. Perfect for the individual who has some experience with strength training and has reached a plateau with their workouts or is looking to try something new.
