Personal Training is recommended for anyone with special needs, new or just returning to exercise, or anyone needing to take their physique and health to a new level. Types of training include, Weight Loss, Functional Strength Training, Post-Rehabilitation, Injury Prevention and Body-Building. This promotion allows you to book 2-4 sessions per week with your Personal Trainer. Each session is sixty minutes in duration. Nutrition programming is included.
