Seems like a really fun concept, but in practice the bats/rackets seem cheap, the distance is too short (not enough time to react unless you stand at the very back), the balls are the same for every sport (which feels very wrong for tennis for example), and the points given for the area don’t make sense for anything except baseball/cricket (why do you score 6 points for the top bar for tennis/lacrosse?). On top of it, loading times between games are quite long which feels like it eats into time. Overall a pretty mediocre experience.

Experience baseball, tennis, lacrosse, and cricket like never before — indoors, modern, and made for everyone!

What To Expect

Don’t waste time on bad pitches during practice! Ballstar YYC eliminates the guesswork with precision feeders that groove fastballs exactly where players need them. The jump from slow batting practice to game speed is where most players strike out. Ballstar YYC bridges that gap with heavy-duty arms capable of ramping up the velocity to simulate a real starter. Batters are forced to shorten their stride, clear their hips, and get the barrel out front quickly. Effective and fun!
What to expect media
High-performance training requires consistent reps regardless of external weather conditions. Ballstar utilizes high-speed tracking sensors and precision physics engines to simulate the flight paths of lacrosse balls, tennis serves, and cricket deliveries. Private arena bookings eliminate distractions, allowing athletes to focus on refining mechanical efficiency through high-volume shot cycles.
