What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Not only do we design bootcamp classes that get clients results, we offer nutritional counseling and support to our group fitness clients ensuring they have success away from classes as well.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our trainers are not only Certified Personal and Group Trainers, they are also all CrossFit L1 Trainers with additional specialty certifications which allows them to safely give clients their most challenging workouts yet while scaling for individual needs and intensity levels.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
All of our trainers have personally experienced health-related challenges (obesity, serious health issues, high risk pregnancies, etc.) that made us reassess our own fitness needs and led us to our current career path. We designed this program as a way to help others overcome their own challenges.

What do you love most about your job?
All of our clients set an ultimate goal when they begin working with us whether it is losing 20 pounds, running a half marathon, or simply keeping up with their kids at the park. Nothing is more rewarding to us than celebrating their successes as they reach their goals!
