A pottery hand-building class teaches participants the fundamentals of shaping clay using hand-building techniques like pinching, coiling, and slab construction. Students learn to create functional or decorative pieces and then you will move to the creative process of painting, carving, and/or decorating your piece. At the end of the night, pieces will be fired so they are microwave-dishwasher and food-safe!
