Women only gym for diverse population. We offer MOSSA classes 7 days a week with our certified, motivating instructors. Best customer service of any gym! Brand new equipment (treadmills, ellipticals, ARC trainers, and spin bikes) and fully renovated facility.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our MOSSA certified instructors want to help women be their personal best. We know our customers by name and try to help them with more than just a workout. Facebook posts for nutrition, motivation, women's issues and more.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Inspiring the diverse female population in Catonsville. A member of the previous gym for 3 yrs, the owner knew the women couldn't lose their workout space. It's been a women's gym for 23 yrs. We are all about customer service and helping women of all shapes, sizes, and nationalities succeed.

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing women empowered--mentally and physically. Having them smile after instructors help them through an extra set of crunches because they know they're getting stronger. Knowing women of all nationalities have a safe space to workout without others judging them.
