The membership gives customers access to classes displayed on TVs inside the Body Alive heated studio.

• Hot Yoga: Work through a series of moves designed to tone and lengthen your muscles and improve your balance and strength. You’ll push yourself and come out stronger, more fit, more flexible, and feeling great.
• Hot Mat Pilates: Move through a challenging series of core exercises while utilizing small props in the hot room. You’ll experience a full body workout with extreme focus on core muscles in just 45 minutes.
• Hot Body Sculpt: Test your strength and flexibility with a combination of yoga postures, and free weights. Strength training moves, such as; squats, lunges, and bicep curls are incorporated to build long, lean muscles. Hot Body Sculpt is a beat-based class, so come prepared to enjoy some upbeat music and get a great sweat!
