Beautiful, clean studio. Convenient location - just a few minutes walk from work so we can attend lunch time classes. Instructors are really good and engaging and make the classes fun. Classes are tough and really get you moving! I upgraded to a full membership to include barre classes.

WOW!! This place is amazing get ready for a great workout. The instructors were extremely motivating. I am so happy I found this place. Make sure you sign up early class fill up!

I did my first class at body balance this morning and it was amazing! Sadly this groupon doesn’t include barre classes which is the class I was most excited to try but I think the other classes will be good too. Can’t wait to try more.
