All of this is done in a 7,000 sq ft Performance Arena like no other.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? Our experienced team of BTP coaches design workouts that are as varied as they are challenging. By keeping the client's body "guessing" we have built a system that keeps the mental and physical attention of the participant.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Changing lives through the medium of fitness. It has enabled us to reach thousands of people via the tools of motivation, education, and perspiration.
