About Bodytek Fitness
As with our Bodytek Fitness in studio classes, our online workouts will engage students of all skill levels use their own body weight to tone and firm muscles using items they are likely to have at home or can easily acquire and includes specialty workouts designed for TRX-suspension machines and Bosu balance balls among others.
Bodytek Fitness’s total-body workout program is designed to significantly improve fitness levels through high-intensity interval training or HIIT. Highly-skilled instructors spur clients along as they work with resistance bands, free weights, kettlebells, and rowers to improve cardiovascular systems and develop muscle definition.
The online classes include 20–30 minutes of interval cardio to get hearts pumping, burning 600–1,200 calories each session along with the fat stores that cover up muscle tone. The rest of the 60 minutes is spent moving from station to station for new exercises to work and tone different parts of the body. No two classes are ever the same and clients of all fitness levels are welcome to participate. From the beginner to an expert, each client received personalized guided assistance to help achieve their fitness goals.
