Six Speed, Agility, and Strength Training Classes
Our youth programs aim to give young athletes an edge over their competitors. We teach them the fundamentals of becoming an athlete, enhance their abilities, and emphasize the importance of injury prevention and recovery.
The program focuses on developing proper linear speed and lateral agility movement skills, flexibility, torso strength, strength training technique, and conditioning. This phase builds foundational strength patterns that emphasize bodyweight control and coordination.
Our small group atmosphere and hands-on approach will provide athletes with the necessary skills to improve their performance safely and effectively.
