Though Breakem' & Shapem' Bootcamp arms its boot-campers with workout equipment, students are encouraged to bring their own towels, workout gloves, and Stormtrooper-shaped water bottles. Classes are held at 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
