What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Not like your average conventional gym, we provide a warm and friendly environment where your peers will become your family and you will never feel judged or out of place. We strive for our customers to walk out of the door feeling stronger and more confident than they did walking in.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our strength and conditioning based workouts include plyometrics, speed and agility, endurance, core stability and strength training. We cater to all fitness backgrounds from beginner to advanced. You will never get bored with our workout classes because they will never be the same!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
With many year of experience working in large conventional gyms, we realized in most of these centers, the customers' needs were not the priority and many customers became stagnant in their fitness journey. We wanted to change this because we actually care about our clients and their needs.

What do you love most about your job?
We love witnessing the fitness journeys of our clients. We witness them stumble, cry, quit, then come back and fight to reach their goals. We are there every step of the way motivating, pushing and guiding them through. Our purpose is to provide quality training and a lifetime of support.
