About Bridges Rock Gym
Bridges Rock Gym offers a wide variety of activities including:
Climbing - indoor bouldering experience on a large top-out boulders at the height of eighteen feet.
Slackline - private lessons and rigging workshops during which the attendants train balancing their body.
Yoga - combines physical workout, breathing techniques, and meditation performed in the yoga studio under the vigilant eye of talented instructors.
Fitness - In studio classes of Spin, HIIT, TRX, Cross-Training and more.
Additionally, everyone who enjoys visiting the facility on regular basis can become a member of this community. Members enjoy unlimited visits to the facility - getting an easy access to anytime climbing, slackline, and workout. Over 40 yoga and fitness classes are available per week without any additional costs. Members are also entitled to receive discounts on paid clinics, workshops, and competitions. Being a member means also a 10% off discount on all retail purchases in the gym, and a possibility to set up an in-house credit account to purchase those on-the-fly snack and drink goods in a more convenient way.
