I left this same review on their fb page and noticed they didn't have many updated ones on Groupon. I needed to do something for my body, I felt awful. Honestly "Quarantine Body" wasn't just about putting on a couple lbs for me and I'm positive I'm not alone, it was like I sat down on the couch in March and didn't stand up until July. I was depressed, far more out of shape than I thought and I kept saying I was going to do something but I wasn't actually doing something. I joined Allie at her Reid Park group. Group exercise is NOT something I imagined myself doing after being shut in for an entire summer but her amazing group of dedicated attendees and herself, made me feel like I constantly had a hand outstretched to pick me up when I fell. And I literally fell, a lot. This is body composition and it's not easy! She has everyone from 19 years to 60 year olds in her group and we all show, 3 days a week. By the end you are sore, exhausted and thinking of not showing up the next class : D but by time for next class you honestly can't wait! I never got the chance to meet the rest of the SOUL team but the way Allie spoke of them not only did I get to know their big personalities, I felt like they shared the exact same values and I would feel just as much support jumping in with any of them. The fact that SOUL has a trial on their website and lists specials on groupon really gives anyone an opportunity to jump in and get a taste for something that can make a huge impact on them. Although this only lasted 4 weeks for me, it was sincerely the jumpstart I desperately needed to right some wrongs I've done and get me back on track. Thank you just doesn't cover it.

High-intensity workouts combine 75 minutes of exercise with body-composition tests & nutritional counseling.

Boot camps apply military concepts to daily life, as do dance parties set to Morse code and tanks converted into school buses. Declassify your abs with today's Groupon: for $49, you get one month of unlimited boot-camp classes at Brown’s Boot Camp (a $249 value). This Groupon is valid at the following boot-camp locations: Mountain View High School, Gene C. Trainer Randy riles up Brown’s boot campers with the same high-intensity routine that helped him lose more than 70 pounds. Convenient weekday morning and evening classes sling a 75-minute series of exercises from all four pillars of fitness: strength, cardio, flexibility, and shimmying. Randy can modify the workout’s planks, pushups, jogs, and stretches to suit clients of all ages and fitness prowess. Plus, the boot camp’s body-composition test tracks progress and determines the anatomical amount of fat, muscle, and squeeze-cheese deposits a body stores. Nutritional counseling completes the package and aids campers in making body-friendly food choices.
