What You'll Get
Boot camps apply military concepts to daily life, as do dance parties set to Morse code and tanks converted into school buses. Declassify your abs with today's Groupon: for $49, you get one month of unlimited boot-camp classes at Brown’s Boot Camp (a $249 value). This Groupon is valid at the following boot-camp locations: Mountain View High School, Gene C. Reid Park, Kino Sports Complex Community Center, Westward Look Resort, Purple Heart Park Rita Ranch, Cienega High School, and Arthur Pack Regional Park.
Trainer Randy riles up Brown’s boot campers with the same high-intensity routine that helped him lose more than 70 pounds. Convenient weekday morning and evening classes sling a 75-minute series of exercises from all four pillars of fitness: strength, cardio, flexibility, and shimmying. Randy can modify the workout’s planks, pushups, jogs, and stretches to suit clients of all ages and fitness prowess. Plus, the boot camp’s body-composition test tracks progress and determines the anatomical amount of fat, muscle, and squeeze-cheese deposits a body stores. Nutritional counseling completes the package and aids campers in making body-friendly food choices.

About Brown's Boot Camp
Randy Brown was overweight at 274 pounds and 44% body fat and felt uncomfortable with his body. When a friend encouraged him to try boot camp, he reluctantly joined. Through hard work and with support from his instructor, he transformed his body and felt better than ever before. Today, Randy is a certified personal trainer weighing in at 187 pounds with 7% body fat and wants to help others do what his instructor helped him to do years ago: get in shape, gain confidence, and build self esteem. Through the years, he has grown Brown's Boot Camp from one class of 25 students to 14 different camps, and some of his students have gone on to become personal trainers themselves, which speaks to the success of his workout regimen and the camp's communal atmosphere. Randy's program focuses on improving total fitness, which not only includes strength, cardio, and flexibility but also nutritional counseling. Brown's Boot Camp won the Readers' Choice Awards Best Gym/Personal Trainer on Tuscon.com, and also offers one-on-one personal training and chef services.
