We take the ? out of weight loss, weight lifting and waiting for machines. Owned by National Fitness Competitors, real results are seen in members throughout the year as members and staff push one another year-round to achieving their fitness goals. Excuses not allowed.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Fed-up with looking and feeling like a cow at other gyms, we wanted a facility serious about seeing members blowing past the BS to reach their fitness goals.

What do you love most about your job?
The camaraderie our members have making the BSF Family one of the best groups of people.
