Here at Built Fitness everyone who sticks with our program get exactly what they want, whether that's to lose weight or build muscle our program works for everyone. We also educate our clients so that when they decide to train on their own they know exactly what they are doing.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I always wanted to give back to my community and what better way than through a positive lifestyle change. I have a passion for fitness so owning a gym always made sense.

What do you love most about your job?
Here at our gym we change people's lives for the better on a daily basis. We touch so many people and have such a powerful effect on their lives. Seeing the look on our clients faces when they come in and have noticed they lost weight or put muscle on, that is the best feeling in the world to me.
