Candice Carnival Creations has been competing in the Baltimore/DC Caribbean Festival since 2024 placing 3rd in Small Band and winning 1st place for Junior King, 2nd place for Junior Queen and 3rd place for both King and Queen in 2025. It is with great pride that we will be competing in the parade for 2026. To be a part of the parade please pre-register. Pre-registration will go towards any costume you choose when we launch.
