Pole is a combination of Ballet, Gymnastics, and various Dance Techniques. Our Fitness classes are designed to deliver a great workout that conditions the entire body by incorporating Cardio, Flexibility, and Strength Training.
There are no weight limits, or prerequisites needed to attend our classes; dance fitness is for everyone! You do not have to be in shape to begin; this is a gym and we will join you wherever you are on your fitness journey. Our dance fitness classes use the pole/chair/floor to learn new dance skills and achieve a positive body image.
All of our instructors have completed training designed by Personal Trainer/Arnold Classic Pole Medalist/Certified Pole Instructor Nanee Roxbury.
