All classes incorporate rebounding aka jumping/training on mini-trampolines. Rebounding provides unique health benefits and a tremendously fun and effective way to train the whole body. Carve It™ Fitness offers classes that are suitable for all levels. Class types range from rejuvenating to HIIT (high-intensity interval training) and include x-bounce, boxing, kickboxing, upper body, booty, core, signature rebounding, and band sculpt classes. What’s not to love?! It’s an honor and privilege to watch people transform their bodies/minds AND enjoy themselves in the process. I am absolutely passionate about every client, class and minute detail down to the music selection. I love what I do and that is palpable in every single class.
