At the full price ($45?) if you're just playing every couple of weeks or so it might be more difficult to get a good return on this. However purchasing it with any of the discounts offered like I was able do it more than paid for itself. So if you golf frequently there are enough good courses at discount that it should be worth full price & when sold at a discount it's even a good deal for those who golf less frequntly.
