What a beautiful facility! Brought four 16 yr old boys to try this for their first time; They loved it, but totally underestimated how har it could be! My one suggestion would be to have someone on staff give them some tips; I'm sure they would have if I had asked, as the woman who checked us in was VERY nice! :) Another customer saw our boys struggling and stepped in to offer some great tips. Don't expect new climbers to spend more than 45-60 min. here, Hands got sore fast :)
