Hello, I am Aurelio Miguel. I am a US Air Force Veteran, a US Olympic Committee Certified Trainer, a Certified Spartan SGX coach, a NESTA Certified Trainer, a former Fitness Manager for one of the largest Super Sport Gyms in Hollywood, a Former Award Winning Master Trainer with thousands of hours of experience, a happily engaged man, a proud future Stepfather and a Disneyland Annual Passholder. I am a firm believer in working out to enjoy your life! I can modify my coaching style to be a patient and supportive team mate. Working with you side by side. I can also be a bit of a drill sergeant that holds you accountable. I have researched and created programs for all types of goals.
