What You'll Get
Prior to the invention of modern soccer balls, spectators frequently complained that the checkered rocks participants used limited playing time to a modest 10 minutes. Enjoy the game's technological advancement with today's Groupon at Chicago Indoor Sports. Choose between the following options:
- For $99, your child gets enrollment in a 12-week SoccerTots, SoccerTouch or Soccer Academy program, plus you get a one-year family membership (a $199 value).
- For $199, you get one Champions party package (up to a $395 value).
With this Groupon, you can also enroll any other children in your family in one of the three 12-week programs at the Groupon price of $99.
A 90,000-square-foot sports facility, Chicago Indoor Sports kicks budding soccer stars to a new level of fun with professionally designed training programs and indoor parties. With weekly sessions, the professionally designed 12-week instructional programs teach aspiring goal blasters the requisite skills to master all aspects of foot wielding and Oscar-worthy flopping. The SoccerTots program, for children ages 18 months to 6 years, redirects pedal aggression from younger siblings' shins to soccer balls by developing basic technique, motor skills, general fitness, and self-confidence in a noncompetitive environment. Children ages 7–10 will continue their skill development in the SoccerTouch program with individual drills and small-sided competitive games, and players aged 11–15 will gain further mastery by playing advanced skill-based games and competitive matches in Soccer Academy. A prerequisite for entry into the programs, the VIP Family Membership will also grant owners a $25 discount on birthday parties and corporate events, sharing discounts with local vendors, and the right to register for any additional instructional programs.
For single-day revelers, the Champions Party package grants two-hour access to one of the facility's mini fields, with the customer's choice of any sport or all three of the center's supersize inflatables, as well as food and unlimited fountain drinks for up to 25 guests. A $7 charge will apply for each additional guest.
Open year-round, Chicago Indoor Sports state-of-the-art facilities feature large indoor fields, mini fields, party room areas, and a concession stand serving hot and cold refreshments. With millions of tiny rubber pellets enmeshed on a crushed stone underlayment, the playing surfaces are designed to closely simulate a natural playing surface, providing added shock absorption to reduce injury. With creature comfort in mind, the space is heated to 70 degrees through the frigid winter months, while a team of roving yetis equipped with hand fans keep fields cooled to a moderate 75 degrees during summer.

About Chicago Indoor Sports
Chicago Indoor Sports' full-size field has enough turf to make a cow's spots turn green with envy. But that same animal would be disappointed if it took a bite. The surface is actually a carefully designed, imitation grass made of millions of tiny rubber pallets and a crushed stone base, which helps absorb shock. That last feature is key, since the indoor play area supports crowds of running athletes during competitive or casual games of soccer, lacrosse, field hockey, and ultimate frisbee. The field is also home its own youth and adult soccer leagues, such as Liga Latino Americana.
Throughout many of their services, Chicago Indoor Sports places special emphasis on children. During their SoccerTots and SoccerTouch programs, instructors use soccer as a way to build motor skills and encourage mental development. Meanwhile, an arcade and three giant inflatables give kids a break from sports.
