One 30-Minute Golf Fitness Evaluation with Three 30-Golf Specific Exercise Sessions
The First session will be a 30 minute full body evaluation to find the stability and mobility of the ankles, knees, shoulders, hips, spine and neck. This evaluation is not meant to diagnosis condition but advance the function of the above areas that contribute to errors in the golf course, golf swing and general fitness.
The Golf Specific sessions will break down those dysfunctions and provide specific mobility, stability, strength and stretching to improve the joints and muscles involved in the golf swing.
Dr. Callaway DC has a background in athletic training, strength and conditioning coaching and instruction, lecturing and presenting on golf fitness and balance at Universities and the World Golf Fitness Summit, and he has take several classes with the Titliest Performance Institute.
