1. What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

Choice Fitness offers Body Light, a safe, pain-free, 100% non-surgical, Accelerated Fat Loss Program and body sculpting system that utilizes LED and Infrared Lights to stimulate fat cells to open and release fat for targeted inch loss. We follow the 15 min. on the Body Lights, with 10 min. on a Whole Body Vibration Machine, which stimulates the body to move fat safely and naturally out of the body. Clients can lose 2-5 inches in 2-3 weeks, just lying in a comfortable, relaxed setting, while the Body Light does its job!

2. What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

The inspiration to add the Body Light system at Choice Fitness began with discussions of how exercise and Laser-Lipo work best together. We recommend following the Body Light treatment with 30-45 min. of exercise to get the best results. By having the Body Light right in a fitness center, women have no excuse for not getting the exercise done!

3. What do you love most about your job?

Since I have a Master’s Degree in Nutrition, I love being able to help women meet their diet, weight, and body image goals. I love the time I spend with each woman during the free consultation learning about their goals and needs!

4. What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?

I have dropped 2 sizes, 8 inches, and can now wear a size 12. I haven’t been in a size 12 for years! Thanks for keeping me accountable.
