Class A Fitness
**Core Program** Fit 101 focuses on cardio kickboxing two days a week, strength and conditioning two days a week, cardio on Friday, and metabolism-boosting exercises on Saturday. It’s designed to increase lean muscle tone, boost energy, and reduce body fat. **Other Ways to Train** Tabata high-intensity interval training, TRX suspension training, BOSU-ball training, and Zumba **Transformation Challenges** Detailed meal plans, weekly grocery lists, daily workouts, and support on a private Facebook page help get people through 21-day, 6-week, and 12-week body-transformation challenges. ####A Chat with Class A Fitness **What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?** _Classes focus on clients' fitness goals rather than the combative elements of kickboxing. Instructors motivate members through noncontact martial-arts moves blended with cardio aerobic moves to burn calories. Class times are Monday and Wednesday at 6:45 a.m., 9 a.m., noon, 4 p.m., 5 p.m., and 6 p.m. Bootcamp is Saturdays at 7 a.m., 8 a.m., and 9 a.m._ **Exercise is challenging.
