Colosseum Health & Fitness takes a triple approach to fitness with an armory of strength-training and cardiovascular equipment, personal training from a nationally certified and continually educated staff, and group fitness classes. Each personal-training regimen starts with a detailed fitness assessment to measure clients' body composition, balance and coordination, flexibility, strength, and endurance before building a custom workout plan. To aid diverse fitness goals, the class schedule is peppered with everything from Pilates to cardio kickboxing to the client favorite Hard-Core 50, which targets muscles between the shoulders and hips to improve posture, tighten abs, and keep them securely between the shoulders and hips.
