Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? We communicate regularly through feedback while balancing challenges and support to ensure maximal growth. We expect clients to be self-motivated for this level of athlete and regularly strive to improve their performance.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Compete Elite came about when the founder wanted to compete at the CrossFit games. He realized that it's not about being an elite level competitor, but rather that you compete with yourself. Celebrate the small PR's and victories like just showing up because you're forging a winning mentality.

What do you love most about your job? We find it most rewarding to help those that are looking for a competitive advantage and those who recognize that the little details actually do matter when putting together training programs for various people.
