What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Our master trainers are focused on creating constantly changing exercises and making the program intense, but suited to your own pace. [Trainers] provide different scenarios and time limit challenges and keep things fresh, and [students] never know what to expect at every class. Comfortable music and color changing lights bring inspiration.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We never overwhelm or deprive our clients. Progression is our motto: be the turtle, not the rabbit. Everyone has different reasons for change, and that is usually our focus point for motivation. Our trainers are taught muscle confusion and routines are always different…!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
When I was 27 years old, I weighed 220 pounds standing at 5’8”. My cholesterol level was 400+, and I was pre-diabetic and had a host of other diseases as well. I now weigh 160 pounds, and I am in the best shape of my life! This a lifestyle transformation program. My inspiration comes from wanting to share how.
What do you love most about your job?
The recognition of course is good; making a difference is what really matters. If I can make someone do something they couldn’t do before my program, that’s worth it for me. I like winning, and I like to see my clients achieving what the set out to do with my help. It must mean I know what I’m doing.
