About Cottonwood Station Eatery
When owners Steve and Jody decided to open their own restaurant, they not only aimed to feed the community fresh, healthy meals, but also to honor Blue Diamond's storied past. That's why they named the eatery after the town's original name, Cottonwood Station, which once served as an important stop on the old Spanish Trail.
The couple also chose a building that was constructed in 1942 and once housed the village workshop; wood from the original shop and garage now decorate the restaurant's interior. Cottonwood Station Eatery's throwback aesthetic and scenic patio serve as great conversation starters as guests grab a light meal or a pint with friends.
- Quick, handheld bites: The eatery specializes in crisp panini sandwiches including the caprese with mozzarella, tomato, fresh basil, and balsamic.
- Not your ordinary pizzas: They bedeck their specialty pies with unexpected toppings, as tasted in the pancetta fig with ricotta and a drizzle of balsamic.
- A kick-start to the day: Muffins, scones, and buttermilk waffles give early risers energy to tackle the day's activities.
