  • Three private or small-group CrossFit Elements sessions (up to a $190 value)
  • One month of unlimited CrossFit classes (a $225 value). Student must first participate in an Elements session.

CrossFit Elements courses introduce new students to CrossFit’s basic methods over three training sessions. During sessions, students learn proper technique for a variety of lifts and exercises, such as the clean and jerk, snatch, front squat, kipping pull-up, and ring dip.

After these introductory classes, athletes can proceed to one month of unlimited classes, where each day they will tackle a new Workout of the Day (WOD). The workouts are never the same, but may include the aforementioned exercises as well as other moves, such as running, rowing, rope climbing, and tire flipping.

CrossFit Lions

At CrossFit Lions, typical workout equipment such as treadmills and cardio machines make way for pull-up bars, medicine balls, bumper plates, squat racks, and tires.. Each day, certified trainers design a new Workout of the Day (WOD), which may have athletes sweating through exercises such as running, rowing, weight lifting, kettlebell training, performing body-weight exercises, or completing gymnastics-inspired moves such as dips on suspended rings. CrossFit workouts are designed to be broad and inclusive, and can be scaled to match any fitness level from novice to elite athlete.
