What You'll Get
Aside from climbing out of rattlesnake-infested quicksand or posing for rattlesnake-infested watercolor portraits, few activities combine the focus, diversity, and physicality seen in CrossFit training. Mix up your muscular mentality with today's Groupon: for $55 you get a consultation a month of CrossFit group classes at CrossFit Ventura. A core strength and conditioning program, the CrossFit approach flexes the physically fit perks of upping stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, and more. The short intervals implemented during each high intensity session set students up for success, while an emphasis on diet and other regimen pushes all bodies toward a bright, bustling plateau. Upon arrival, well-versed instructors introduce newbs to the program with a one-on-one screening and goal-setting session. All classes take place within CrossFit Ventura's 3,600-square-foot space—a state-of-the-smart facility with professional equipment—and this Groupon is valid for three classes per week for four weeks. Workouts kick off seven-days a week. Check out the upcoming class schedule online.

About West Coast Strength and Conditioning
With nine experienced coaches and trainers, West Coast Strength’s staff ensures that clients of any age and physical ability can take advantage of the fat-burning, endurance-building training programs. In the 3,600-square-foot facility, coaches foster an intimate and motivating environment where they guide pupils in CrossFit and HyperFit classes. With an emphasis on proper technique, both classes focus on functional-movement exercises, rather than sport-specific training strategies. Varying daily, workouts might include powerlifting, body-weight exercises, or fast-paced interval sessions, all of which tone muscles and jump-start metabolisms. In addition to group classes, the coaching staff offers personal-training services.
