CFBoot Camp Is back!! A combination of HIIT, calisthenics, kettlebells, medicine balls, dumbbells, resistance bands, Air Runners, rowers, and Echo bikes. A combination of cardio, body weight and modest resistance work to help facilitate functional fitness. We assure every session will be unique and challenging. You will never experience the same workout twice as we focus on a constantly varied approach to fitness.
Nervous about trying something new? Haven't worked out in a while or ever before? We have you covered. Our instructors are pros at helping everyone modify and they provide extra attention to beginners.
Are you advanced looking for something new? We will accommodate you too as the workouts can be as challenging as you would like to make them.
Join us Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30pm and Saturday mornings at 8:15am for a solid week of excellent workouts assured to give you a good sweat while having fun.

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Through constantly varied movements and programming. Coaching, cuing and motivating, the clients are always engaged and the workouts will continue to challenge even the most advanced athlete. We strive to offer the best fitness experience within a great community who nurture and support each other.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We create profiles and take before photos. We ask each client to create short term, medium term, and longer term goals which we can visit periodically. We test and re-test workouts which is a great catalyst to see progress throughout their tenure as a client.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We wanted to bring a different form of training to the south side. We wanted to create a program which engages the clients while challenging them to work beyond the minds capacity. We have learned through peer training and groups, clients work harder and push themselves to astounding limits.
What do you love most about your job?
There is nothing more satisfying then a private note or email where a client tells us we have changed their life. We have gotten them off meds, they lost a target amount of weight, they were accepted to specialty military training. To see the joy in our clients is the backbone of our mission.
